64-bit install issue

description

Chooser didn't detect my Chrome install because it wasn't in my Program Files folder. Also, I think it might have missed my Program Files (x86) folder as I'm using 64-bit Win7.

Got the very same issue here. Not too good to see how long this has been open. Automatically chosing Firefox or Chrome was the sole reason I installed Browser Chooser.

The idea behind this software is still brilliant and I'm staying tuned, hoping for an update :)

It doesn't detect anything, other than stock Fireofx and IE - not even 64bit. Plus, if you try ot set up a 64 bit browser, it usually fails to actually run it.

That being said, I have BC pointing to:

Firefox Nightly (Minefiled) builds (32bit)
IE (32 bit)
Google Chrome (dev edition) (32bit)
Opera
Opera Next
